Your journey may have started with a childhood dream of how you envisaged your wedding dress to be, or more recently with the romance of your engagement. Whether you have researched a theme already, or are feeling totally over whelmed with the traditions and protocols that come will the planning of your celebrations, I will get to know you, work out the styles and elements you prefer and support your wedding planning journey.
You're short for time but your wedding is incredibly important to you, you want it to be memorable, enjoyable & the wedding planning process to be fun & exciting.
Our service gives you time to spend on the things that matter most to you, so you are not concerned about the logistics or admin.
With an honest and realistic approach, boasting a whole load of organisation and management skills, I am passionate about designing & creating an event which is truly reflective of you & your story.
You may already have your event planned, or perhaps you are still in the early stages of ideas. Maybe you would like an era themed wedding, traditional, contemporary or vintage. Whatever your ideas and where ever you are in the process, it is my passion to help you both every step of the way, discussing all aspects of the planning and it's execution on the day.

For those of you who would like to be involved in the excitement of their wedding preparations, but haven’t enough time, or, the confidence in decision making, let me assist and support you in any way I can. I will create a bespoke package to meet your needs and quote accordingly.
On the-day coordination will ensure all of your plans are well executed. Leaving you to enjoy your day in the knowledge everything is being meticulously managed as you had envisaged…you can rest assured after 25 years in hospitality and retail management, I am prepared for the unexpected.

This service is also available to couples who have made all their own arrangements, but would like peace of mind there is someone there throughout the proceedings. You will be safe in the knowledge that you can relax with your guests and not be interrupted with the back of house activities on the day.

Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but on-the-day management is crucial to ensure that everything goes smoothly and as planned. As your coordinator we will take care of all the details, allowing you to focus on taking in all the precious moments of your day.

Pre-Wedding Preparations
Our role in your celebrations begins long before the actual day. We engage in detailed discussions with you to understand your vision, preferences, and expectations. This phase includes:
· Consultation to understand your vision, timeline, logistics and preferences
· Liaising with Vendors: Confirming arrangements with caterers, florists, photographers, and other vendors.
· Creating a Detailed Timeline: Preparing a schedule that outlines every activity from start to finish including all wedding itinerary.
· Venue Walkthrough: Reviewing the venue layout and logistics, including seating arrangements and decor setup.
On-the-Day Responsibilities
Ensures that everything runs like clockwork.
Vendor Coordination
· Vendor Arrival: Ensuring that suppliers arrive on time and set up according to the schedule.
· Payment and Tips: Handling any final payments and distributing tips to vendors.
Setup and Decor
· On the day venue Setup: Overseeing the setup of tables, chairs, decor, and any other elements required for the ceremony and reception.
· Decor Placement: Ensuring all decor elements are in place and aligned with the couple's vision.
Guest Management
· Seating Arrangements: Assisting guests in finding their seats and ensuring that the seating chart is followed.
· Guest Inquiries: Addressing any questions or concerns from guests.
Timeline Management
· Adhering to the Schedule: Ensuring that events happen on time, including the ceremony, speeches, and first dance.
· Adjustments: Making real-time adjustments to the schedule as needed.
Emergency Solutions
· Handling Issues: Quickly resolving any problems that arise, from missing items to vendor delays.
· Backup Plans: Implementing contingency plans in case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Post-Wedding Duties
At an additional cost our on the day coordination can be extended to taking care of post-wedding tasks, such as:
· Cleanup: Ensuring the venue is cleaned up and that all personal items are collected.
· Vendor Wrap-Up: Confirming that all vendors have completed their tasks and settled any remaining balances.
Importance of On-the-Day Management
We believe on-the-day management is essential for a successful wedding. By handling all the logistics and potential issues, our attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will allow you and your guests to relax and fully enjoy all you have meticulously planned. Our focus on you creating memories and being in the moment.
Ten hours on the day investment from £850
(Generally, morning until your first dance). Addition assistance £75 per hour
Extra team members £27.50 per hour
