Dollys services will support you in making the occasion a fitting memory for your loved ones, family and friends.

Option 1 hire our vintage china and service ware and provide the catering yourselves.  We will advise on all you’ll require to make your gathering complete.

Option 2 is for Dollys to cater, serve and manage all the arrangements for you.  

For a more relaxed experience we suggest service as a buffet to encourage your guests to circulate and revisit the catering. We will pop a cup saucer and spoon at each table setting and in the middle of each table we can provide an arrangement of silk/or fresh flowers (at an additional cost) everything else would be set as self-serve.  

We will also set up an additional tea and coffee service station and suggest an area for beverages and refreshments.  

The buffet table will have a beautiful array of vintage service ware and be displayed on crates and vintage suitcases to elevate with nostalgic visuals.

Add personal touches of framed photo’s of your loved one on each table, or some cards for guests to leave their thoughts and memories.

Including the menu below; 1-3 members of staff (depending on your guest number) to replenish throughout the afternoon tea, transportation, set up, clearing and washing up. We will require at least 1.5 hours either side of your event to set up.
